Description

The SEI Educational Portal provides a free webhosting service for educational institutions, such as schools, high schools, vocational schools, School County Inspectorates, Teachers' Regional Training Centers, or kindergartens. This project aims to: encourage the presence of the schools on the WEB; transform the schools from consumers to providers of WEB content; create a virtual comunity of schools which are active on the WEB; encourage the cooperation of schools on the WEB or other Internet chanels. read more »

Contest: "Best Site"

The SEI Educational Portal launches a contest of websites addressed to elementary schools and high-schools. The contest is organized in two steps: in the first step, the best websites are selected on the basis of the votes expressed by the registered users of SEI Portal; in the second step, selected sites are evaluated by a board of specialists according to a list of criteria focussed on the content. read more »

The best school site registered to this service in the last 60 days will receive the award of the month. The top is made on the basis of the votes expressed by the SEI Portal users. read more »

Site of March 2005

The site of March 2005 is Şcoala nr. 24 "Ion Jalea" from Constanţa, with an average of 71 points on the votes of SEI Portal users. Şcoala cu clasele I-VIII nr. 3 from Copşa Mică and Şcoala generale nr. 1 from Bistriţa won the 2nd and 3rd places, with an average of 53, respectively 43 points. details »
